I am extremely proud to announce that Downtown Ford and Downtown Lincoln will be operating from their brand new state of the art facilities effective August 28, 2021.
This has been a highly anticipated project for the past five years. Needless to say, construction delays and COVID significantly affected our timelines. But, we are almost there and very excited.
Our Autoplex, as we call it, will also house nine other automotive brands under the Downtown AutoGroup banner.
Our mission is to bring you not just most attractive and prominent Ford and Lincoln buildings in the country, but also deliver to you, our customers and guests, an unparalleled sales and service experience.
The new address is 79 East Don Roadway, at the intersection of Queen Street East and Don Valley Parkway.

Q: I received an email announcing the new store would open August 7th. Why has the move been delayed?
A: We had to postpone the move due to a delay in receiving parts for the building's climate control system. We did not want our staff or customers to endure the heat of August without proper cooling. We have been informed that we will be able to open for business on August 28th. Watch this page for the latest information. We apololgize for any inconvenience.

A: Our new address is 79 East Don Roadway. Turn onto East Don Roadway from Queen Street East. Then, turn left onto Baseball Place. The Service valet entrance is on the right, and Guest Parking for the sales department is on the left, just after Downtown Toyota's Service Entrance.
